Pebble Beach man accused of threatening Salinas hospital cleared by DA

Monterey County District Attorney Dean Flippo dismissed all charges against a Pebble Beach man who told a grief counselor that he wanted to seek revenge against doctors at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital after his mother died.
