Congregation Beth Israel gets cooking for its 25th Jewish Food Festival

Congregation Beth Israel is celebrating 25 years of the Jewish Food Festival on Sunday. That’s 25 years of challah, rugelach, seeded deli rye bread, blintzes, kugels, hot-pastrami and corned-beef sandwiches, chicken soup with matzo balls and their famous potato latkes.
